Clutch Mounting Studs - 55mm
55mm Clutch Cover Retaining Stud for multi-plate plate racing style clutches using Ø8mm diameter fixings.
They are designed to be pressed in from the engine side of the flywheel and the cover locates on 2 ground registers along the stud giving accurate location and easy removal of the clutch from one side without having to mess about trying to hole a nut behind the flywheel.
They are made from high-grade steel ensuring long life and no torque relaxation.
A suitable alternative to the AP Racing Studs for clutches of Ø115mm (4.5") and above.
Our stud design incorporates offset head flats for location, necked down shanks and precision ground location diameters.
Available in sets of 6 and K-nuts can be supplied if required.

Recommended tightening torque: M8 & 5/16" - 22.0 Nm (16 lb/ft).
